  • Homeless

    The Center City homeless program is managed by COMCARE and connects individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental illness and who are experiencing homelessness with professionals who can help them manage their recovery.

  • Proud of Me

    Proud of Me is a program for young children ages 2 1/2 to 5 years old who have challenging behavior at home, at preschool or child care, or in the community. Children generally attend for 12 months, but program length is based on each child's individual needs.

  • Case

    The purpose of case management in the strengths model is to assist people with recovering and reclaiming their lives by identifying, securing, and sustaining the range of resources needed to live, work, and play as fully integrated citizens of the communities in which they live.

  • Peer

    Providers who have their own lived experience with mental illness and mental health treatment provide individual and group supports to help consumers practice recovery skills such as making personal recovery plans, self-advocacy in treatment, goal setting and taking advantage of resources in the community.

  • Community Crisis

    The Community Crisis Center is Wichita's 24-hour resource for crisis services. The center provides suicide prevention counseling, stress and trauma assistance, sobering services, a mobile crisis unit, a community assessment program for seniors, medicaid pre-admission screening, state hospital pre-admission screening, and pre-petition screening.
